Call for Public Comments on the Draft Kenya Artificial Intelligence and Other Emerging Technologies Policy
The Ministry of Information, Communications and the Digital Economy, through the State Department for ICT and the Digital Economy, invites members of the public, Government institutions, private-sector organisations, academia, civil society, professional bodies, innovators, development partners and all interested stakeholders to review and submit comments on the Draft Kenya Artificial Intelligence and Other Emerging Technologies Policy.

The Draft Policy provides a national framework for the responsible governance, development, deployment and use of Artificial Intelligence and other emerging technologies in Kenya. It seeks to promote innovation, strengthen digital infrastructure and human capital, support sustainable development, enhance public trust, and safeguard Kenya's economic resilience and strategic autonomy.

In fulfilment of the constitutional requirement for public participation, stakeholders are invited to submit their views, comments and recommendations through the online feedback form.
